Once you're ready to order an item, click on the topic below where the item would be found. From the product listing within the category, click on the item you would like to view more information about. If you would like to purchase that item, click on the "add to shopping basket" link on the right side of the page. To add more items to your basket, click the "continue shopping" button on this page. If you are done shopping, click the "checkout" link. Fill in the order information and click the "place order" button at the bottom of the page.

Store Shipping Information

Domestic orders ship via DHL ground service, and international orders shipped via an air freight service unless otherwise arranged. Street address must be provided for shipment of all orders. Please allow 7-10 days for domestic delivery and 2-3 weeks for international orders.

Store Return Policy

All products sold by GIE Media are returnable within 60 days for 100% refund of product price (minus shipping charges) if you are not totally satisfied.

Returns must be:

• Made within 60 days from date of purchase.
• In undamaged, re-saleable condition.
• Accompanied by a copy of the receipt.

If these terms are met, we will provide full refund of product purchase price (minus shipping charges).
